SeerBit, Ecwid to Transform Payments for Small African Businesses

SeerBit, Africa’s most trusted payment solutions provider, has announced its partnership with Ecwid by Lightspeed, a Software as a Service (SaaS) ecommerce platform providing online selling solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.

The announcement, which was made recently, disclosed that the partnership will enable small businesses in Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana on the Ecwid platform to benefit from the seamless collection of online payments via channels like card, bank transfer, virtual account, USSD and Momo from their customers through the Seerbit standard checkout solution.

Small businesses face many challenges such as standing out in a crowded marketplace, getting new customers, retaining existing ones, managing expenses and dealing with late payments. SeerBit's partnership with Ecwid by Lightspeed tackles these issues head-on by offering a technology platform with added solutions that make payments easy. The goal of this partnership is to amplify efforts to support the business operations of small businesses in Africa, helping them achieve maximum efficiency and scale, but importantly with no set-up cost.

This partnership with Ecwid by Lightspeed marks a significant step in achieving that vision, as it enables small businesses to access secure, seamless and efficient payment tools directly within their Ecwid environment."
